Shipping Info

We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. The shipping cost for our goods is an estimated $5.00. Shipping prices may change due to location, weight and number of items to be shipped. We only ship within the continental United States at the moment. Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

We provide tracking numbers to all customers once payment has been received. Google * JAHMATIKMUSIC will appear on buyers’ credit card statements. The sooner we get our merchandise out to fans; to sooner they can enjoy and help promote our brand. Thus, we wish to please every customer as quick as possible.

Return Policy

We will gladly return any customer with a full refund for wrongly shipped, damaged or defective goods within 30 days of purchase and receipt. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. We recommend you use a mail service that provides tracking and insurance. Include your address, phone number, order number, reason for return and how you would like your return handled.

We will not accept goods that show signs of wear and/or use or goods that have been modified from it’s original design.
